Please ignore this. I am sorry for the rumour. I was mixed by:

	libwps-0.1.0~svn20070129.tar.gz
	libwps-0.1.0.tar.gz
	libwpg-0.1.0~cvs20070507.tar.gz

The non-released wpg stuff still has the snapshot version.
The wps stuff has been released recently...
