Does it mean that http://go-oo.org/packages/SRC680/libwps-0.1.0.tar.gz is not 
the final tarball? Are you going to update it and keep the same name?

It would not work for most users. ./download gets the tarball only when it is 
not available at all. It does not check an md5sum or a date or so. I do not 
call ./download during the package build at all...
