[Open Office] New Tango icons theme

If I understand you correctly, by the unified look you mean that we would 
default to Tango on every platform, right?  Let me disagree in the KDE 
case :-)  In KDE, we should default to what is the default in KDE - and that 
is Crystal.  [In Gnome, from my point of view the best would be to detect 
what is the theme that the user currently uses - if it's Tango, or 
Industrial, and set it accordingly.]

OTOH - the Crystal theme for OOo is not complete, so I asked Petr to fallback 
to Tango for every icon that is missing in the theme.
