[Open Office] autoreconf: aclocal-1.9: cannot open > aclocal.m4: Permission denied

Hi Masters!

I would like to build OpenOffice.org 2.1 under Windows/Cygwin 
environment. I applied a patch (vba) that need autoreconf, but I get 
this error:

$ autoreconf
aclocal-1.9: cannot open > aclocal.m4: Permission denied
autoreconf-2.61: aclocal failed with exit status: 1


I am an anministrator on that machine, and I logged to cygwin as same 
user...
What did I wrong?
