[Open Office] CVS HEAD segfaults with sime latin2 languages

Trying reveals that disabling size-sal-textenc.diff fixes this. For me
(with it applied) it works with de_DE and de_DE.utf8 (sorry for the wrong
comment above, didn't think about the locale affecting it...) but it
does *not* work with de_DE at euro.
No idea how it is with other locales (didn't test them...)

Michael, Kendy: An idea what's going wrong here? Should I temporarily
disable size-sal-textenc.diff until this is fixed?
