[Open Office] Licenses of OOOP materials

Hello!

Some of you are interested the proper license handling of OOOP extra 
content. I have been doing a lot in this problematic area. Petr is so 
kind to helping me to archieve this goal. I know we have enough room to 
do more. I share the current documents about license owners/licenses. 
Please check it and you can make suggestions to make it better.

Other thing that helps us: I have separated non fully free content into 
nonfree folder in SVN repo. These elements are also noted ibn extensions 
' filenames with "nonfree" tag in the filename.

For suse templates:

Sven Vermeulen - licensed their work under LGPL

Other note: Canon and KMT templates have removed from free section. Also 
I completly removed other StarOffice related stuff.

I also included some DE language templates from 
http://www.office-center-epj.de/Office_Vorlagen.htm
Some of them are available for Hungarian and English language...

As you see  we eliminated lot of problematic point of our collection, 
more work in progress. So stay tuned :o)
