[Open Office] New feature: T602 import filter

Hello,

Just to tell you that as of yesterday, ooo-build trunk has a new
feature: T602 import filter. T602 was a DOS-based WordProcessor that was
heavily used in Czech and Slovak Republics in late 80ies and all 90ies.

Just to let you know that we have three patches patching the same files
in filter and scp2 module and it is wise to unapply lwp-*.diff and
cws-wpsimport01.diff before reapplying the stuff in this order:
(1) cws-wpsimport01.diff (2) cws-t602import01.diff and (3) lwp-*.diff.
