[Open Office] Add templates to installation source?

Hello,

A network installation source has been setup but we need to replace the
default templates with custom templates so the users will get those
templates during the installation of OpenOffice.

Haven't been able to find any info when searching.  Does anyone know if
this can be done and help point me in the right direction?
