Now that I understand better what you are trying to achieve it sounds
good. I guess the localise bit only needs to be done by one person, or
should also be updated by the creators of the patch.

We add many of the ooo-build patches and would apprecaite the ability to
localise them correctly.

Count me in.  I did some patches a while back that would simply allow
the GSI in src/ to be reread if it was newer.

For me it would be great to be able to go straight from PO to GSI and
integrate.  I always find patching ooo-build a bit hairy but if someone
can help me that would be great :)
