[Open Office] VBA patches

Hallo *, Noel,

  I'm just building HEAD (OOD680-M1) for Win32 and these two patches
have problems with apply:

  o patches/vba/basic-newsize-image-layout.diff
  o patches/vba/vba-basic-default.diff

  It's all about USHORT & UINT32. Which one is correct? USHORT or
UINT32? One patch wants to make USHORT from UINT32, another wants to
make UINT32 from USHORT, but there is UINT32 already, ...

  Note - all patches were applied correctly two (?) days ago.
