[Open Office] -splash.diff patches ...

Hi guys,

	So - Jan implemented (a while ago) a lovely system for using:

	  --with-*-bitmap/--with-vendor system

	instead of having a patch per vendor.

	Some people who havn't switched to this scheme and removed their
-splash.diff patches will have them removed next week :-)

	Sorry lads, but we're trying hard to get things up-stream.
