[Open Office] writer crashed by using LANG=zh_CN.UTF-8 at start time

Hi kendy,
   it's still have problems at icu module for calc in m163. 
scalc crashed when pressing any key on keyboard.it build with embbed icu source.(2.6 and patch)
but after changed the configuration to --with-system-icu icu-3.4-11. it's ok.
I think maybe someguys update the i18npool with icu later than version 2.6.
should we update the icu to lastest version of fixed it?
