[Open Office] Another error trying to build ooo-build-2.0.0

[Robin Cook]

The dll and mdb seems to be there but the config seems to be missing but
don't know why they are not there nor a way to get them there.

/usr/lib/mono/1.0/Mono.Data.SqliteClient.dll.config
-> ../gac/Mono.Data.SqliteClient/1.0.5000.0__0738eb9f132ed756/Mono.Data.SqliteClient.dll.config

/usr/lib/mono/2.0/Mono.Data.SqliteClient.dll.config
-> ../gac/Mono.Data.SqliteClient/2.0.0.0__0738eb9f132ed756/Mono.Data.SqliteClient.dll.config
