Sorry my mistake try this:

cd /home/da104983/DLoads/OfficeApps/ooo-build-2.0.0/build/ooo680-m3/mdbtools/unxlngi6.pro/misc/build/mdbtools-0.6pre1/
patch -p1 < mdbtools.diff
