I've committed stuff that auto-disables cairo on win32 unless specified.
Also I changed the automatic win32 stuff so it actually sets
--with-win32 rather than producing an error.
On the Mozilla front, I've committed stuff to build with the glib and
IDL binaries while I work out how to build them ... it now seems to be
building happily for me and I'm looking at building the binary libraries
from source in the background
