[Open Office] ooo-build-2-0 branch

Hi,

I created 'ooo-build-2-0' branch to be the base for ooo-build based 2.0 
packages.  There also is an OOO_BUILD_2_0_ANCHOR for easier diffing.

If you want to work on this branch, just use 'cvs up -r ooo-build-2-0' in your 
ooo-build checkout.
