[Open Office] Adding a new distribution

Hi all,

Whats the current procedure for adding support for a new distribution to 
ooo-build. I am one of the core developers working on Pardus ( a Turkish 
GNU/Linux distro ) project. You can read the details at  
http://www.uludag.org.tr/eng/index.html . I would like to contribute to 
ooo-build and maybe to OO.org KDE support as I am a KDE developer myself.

Also I have a compile fix for mdbtools thats is downloaded by configure script 
( a few missing function declerations at top ). Whats the procedure for this 
kind of patches? Add it to patches dir or just patch mdbtools package?
