The current patches are attached. See the apply file for some more details.
Nakata already mentioned a problem, which is being discussed on  
dev at porting.openoffice.org. The subject is "Any.hxx and gcc-4.1". The 
discussion starts here:

The actual solution is in the patch cws-sb41.diff.

Note that the patches does not fix the entire sources. I do not build some 
external projects because I use system libraries instead. I also disabled 
binfilter (import filters for the old StarOffice binary file formats). It is 
a huge and old module. I plan to fix it later.

I use the following configure options:
